Yes. You first create a ChaosControl account, then link your start.gg account in-app so results can be posted.
Absolutely. ChaosControl uses the official start.gg API and simply automates what you could enter manually.
Native apps are available on both iOS and Android. A web client is on the long-term roadmap.
It’s free today. A small fee for activating tournaments will be introduced later to cover server costs.

Players can submit their own results, freeing TOs from data entry. It’s mobile-first, faster and includes a built-in conflict workflow.
Any ChaosControl user whose role on start.gg for that event is Admin. Manager, Bracket Manager or Reporter isn’t enough.
One player reports the score, the opponent gets a Set Request and must confirm or reject it before the result is posted.
A rejected or timed-out request becomes a Conflict. The admin fixes the result on start.gg, then marks the conflict resolved in-app.

No. An active internet connection is required to submit or confirm sets.
Not formally tested yet. Feel free to try, but there’s no official support (yet).
Open the set, enter score (Bo3 or Bo5), pick stage and characters for each game, choose the winner, then tap Submit.
In the Sets screen. “Requests” are waiting for your confirmation, while “Available” lists any set you can still report.
A conflict appears when a player rejects a Set Request or the request times out without a response.
Your start.gg token and minimal profile info are kept on my secure backend; a small non-sensitive cache stays on your device.
Only push notification permission and standard network access; no camera, location, or contacts.
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This wipes your ChaosControl account and revokes the stored start.gg token.
